Neosurf at the casino: depositing with a prepaid code

Of the five casinos we analysed for this page, three list Neosurf among their deposit methods: Playzilla Casino, Playio Casino and AmunRa Casino (based in each case on the full payment list published by casino.guru). Rolling Slots Casino and Qbet Casino do not name Neosurf there. For withdrawals, Neosurf appears for only one brand: the AskGamblers data sheet for AmunRa Casino lists Neosurf under Withdrawal Methods, while the method is missing from that list for the other four brands.

So a Neosurf deposit is possible at three of the five brands, but the way back usually runs through a different method, such as a bank transfer, an e-wallet or crypto. Anyone starting with a prepaid code should know before the first deposit which account a win can later be paid into, and which processing times and limits the brand states for that.

What Neosurf is and how the prepaid code works

Neosurf is a prepaid payment method. You buy a voucher for a fixed amount, receive a code for it and enter this code when paying. The amount is deducted from the balance of the code; no bank details or credit card number are entered at the casino cashier. You therefore decide in advance how much money is available and cannot spend more than the code holds.

This leads to the most important limitation: a voucher code is a one-way street. A casino cannot send money back to a code that has already been redeemed, so the options for getting money back from a casino depend on the other methods you have set up. According to AskGamblers, AmunRa Casino also lists Neosurf as a withdrawal method.

Neosurf is a separate brand and not the same as Paysafecard, even though both work on the same principle. The payment lists of the five casinos show the two methods separately, and their availability differs clearly. Routes and payouts at casinos with Paysafecard are covered on a separate page.

Which of the 5 casinos name Neosurf and other prepaid codes

The brand table on this page shows, for each of the five brands, whether Neosurf appears for deposits and for withdrawals, and which minimum deposit the sources state. Besides Neosurf and Paysafecard, the payment lists also include CashtoCode, Cashlib and Flexepin, further methods that use a code or receipt instead of bank account details.

Two caveats belong to the brand table. First, the deposit figures are based on the casino.guru payment lists; the AskGamblers data sheets list different methods for the same brands, which we have not recorded as a separate value. Second, a list says nothing about whether a method is offered in your own country and account currency; what the cashier actually shows may differ.

Where two minimum deposit values are shown, the sources refer to different bonus offers. No source names a general minimum deposit without a bonus for Playzilla Casino or AmunRa Casino, and none states a separate minimum for Neosurf alone.

Neosurf casino deposit step by step

The process of a Neosurf deposit is essentially the same at all three brands that list Neosurf. The steps describe the usual procedure with a prepaid code; button labels may vary from casino to casino.

Small amounts (€10)

Is €10 on a Neosurf code enough for the first deposit? The answer differs between the three brands that list Neosurf. Playio Casino states a minimum deposit of €10; casinoohnelizenz.com confirms this value, but according to the same source the brand requires at least €20 for the match bonus. At AmunRa Casino the €10 applies to the welcome bonus; no source names a general lower limit without a bonus.

For Playzilla Casino the figures belong to different offers: according to the AskGamblers bonus page €20 is required (welcome bonus 100% up to €500), according to AskGamblers DE €10 (welcome bonus 200% up to €100, German offer). Anyone depositing there with a €10 code should check in the cashier which minimum applies to the chosen offer.

None of the five brands states a minimum deposit below €10 in our sources. Which brand accepts €1, €5 or €10 is compared for all five brands on the page about the casino with a 1 euro deposit.

The minimum deposit is not the minimum withdrawal. For Playio Casino the AskGamblers data sheet gives €20 as the minimum withdrawal, while casinoohnelizenz.com states €10; minimum withdrawal, times and limits are summarised on the brand page on payment methods at Playio. For Playzilla Casino and AmunRa Casino the sources give no minimum withdrawal. Depositing €10 therefore does not automatically leave a withdrawable amount in the account.

Fees and crediting for a Neosurf deposit

None of our sources makes a statement about fees specifically for Neosurf; the figures refer to deposits and withdrawals at the casino in general. For Playzilla Casino the entry reads „no deposit or withdrawal fees“; AskGamblers DE confirms this with „Einzahlungsgebühren Nein“ and „Auszahlungsgebühren Nein“. According to AskGamblers, Playio Casino likewise charges no fees. AmunRa Casino charges no deposit or withdrawal fees according to the source, but points out that payment providers may charge their own. According to AskGamblers DE, AmunRa Casino may charge a monthly administration fee if an account has been inactive for at least 180 days, which matters for a prepaid remainder left unused for a long time.

Fees for buying or using the Neosurf code itself are set by the voucher provider; our sources contain no figures on this.

No source states how quickly a Neosurf deposit appears in the player account. For Playio Casino the source gives the processing time „Instant“ for deposits in general. At AmunRa Casino, a deposit via e-wallet was available right away according to a player report on AskGamblers; this is a single report, not a statement by the casino. For Playzilla Casino there is no information on crediting time.

Withdrawal after a Neosurf deposit

The key difference between deposit and withdrawal: Neosurf is in the withdrawal list only at AmunRa Casino. At Playzilla Casino and Playio Casino the AskGamblers data sheet does not list the method for withdrawals. Anyone who deposited there with a prepaid code has to choose a different method for the winnings.

The withdrawal lists show which methods are available: Playzilla Casino lists 26 withdrawal methods, including Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller and several cryptocurrencies. Playio Casino names 27, among them bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Mastercard, Visa as well as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. AmunRa Casino has 33; besides Neosurf and Paysafecard, the list includes Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and cryptocurrencies.

Before the first withdrawal, casinos usually verify the identity of the account holder; for Rolling Slots Casino, LCB gives up to 72 hours for this step. With a prepaid deposit there is no bank account already registered in the player's name, so the withdrawal method has to be added separately. A code bought by another person does not fit the identity requirement of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (see legal position).

Withdrawal times and limits at the three Neosurf casinos

How long a withdrawal takes depends on the payout method chosen, not on the Neosurf deposit. No source states a separate processing time for withdrawals via Neosurf.

Playio Casino: the AskGamblers data sheet gives a pending period of 0–5 days, then e-wallets 0–96 hours, crypto 0–1 hour, bank transfer and card 3–5 days. The AskGamblers text speaks of up to 3 working days, Mon–Fri; according to casinoohnelizenz.com it is up to 48 hours. Limit: €500 per day and €7,000 per month.

AmunRa Casino: up to 3 working days according to the AskGamblers text; for e-wallets, bank transfer and cards the EN data sheet gives 3–7 days, the DE data sheet 24–72 hours. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends; how such time frames differ by method is shown in the overview of casino withdrawals. Limit: €500 per day and €7,000 per month; according to the source there is no win limit.

If a small prepaid code turns into a larger win, an amount above €500 cannot be paid out on a single day at any of the three brands unless a higher VIP level applies. With the standard limit, a €1,000 win is therefore spread over at least two payout days, which may be several calendar days apart because of the weekend pause.

Legal position in Germany: anonymous payment methods and prepaid

For online gambling in Germany, the Interstate Treaty on Gambling governs which channels money may flow through. § 6b(4) GlüStV 2021 provides that deposits and withdrawals may only be made via a payment account in the player's name at a credit or payment institution. The wording on anonymous payment methods is unambiguous: „Ein- oder Auszahlungen über anonyme Zahlungsmittel sind im Fernvertrieb nicht zulässig.“ (deposits or withdrawals via anonymous payment methods are not permitted in remote distribution; gesetze-bayern.de, as of 06.10.2026).

In addition, § 16(6) GwG governs monetary value on prepaid and e-money instruments within the meaning of § 2(1) no. 10 of the German Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG). The operator must ensure „dass der Inhaber des monetären Werts mit dem Inhaber des Spielerkontos identisch ist“ (that the holder of the monetary value is identical to the holder of the player account; gesetze-im-internet.de, as of 07.10.2026). Under this rule, a prepaid code is only a permissible route if it can be assigned to an identified person who is also the holder of the player account.

On the five brands: the licence details in our sources show no German licence for any of them, which can be verified by checking against the GGL whitelist. They name Curaçao (Rolling Slots Casino; for Playio Casino according to casinoohnelizenz.com, as of Dec. 2024), the Tobique Gaming Commission (Qbet Casino; for Playio Casino according to AskGamblers), Anjouan (AmunRa Casino according to casino.guru and AskGamblers EN; Playzilla Casino according to AskGamblers EN) and PAGCOR (according to AskGamblers DE for Playzilla Casino and AmunRa Casino). For Playzilla Casino and Playio Casino, casino.guru states that no gambling licence is known.

Neosurf, Paysafecard, Cashlib and Flexepin compared

Neosurf is not the most widespread prepaid code among the five brands. Paysafecard is in the casino.guru deposit list of all five, CashtoCode in three (Playzilla Casino, Playio Casino, AmunRa Casino), Cashlib in two (Rolling Slots Casino, Qbet Casino) and Flexepin in one (Qbet Casino). At Rolling Slots Casino or Qbet Casino, a Neosurf code is therefore not an option.

Paysafecard also leads on the withdrawal side: the AskGamblers data sheet lists Paysafecard as a withdrawal method at Rolling Slots Casino and AmunRa Casino, Neosurf only at AmunRa Casino. At Playzilla Casino and Playio Casino none of the prepaid codes is in the withdrawal list, although both brands accept three of them for deposits. Cashlib, Flexepin and CashtoCode are not in the withdrawal list of any brand. The same pattern applies to all prepaid methods: you deposit with a code and usually withdraw via a method linked to an account.

Alternatives to a Neosurf deposit

Anyone who wants to play at Rolling Slots Casino or Qbet Casino, or who wants a withdrawal route without switching methods from the start, needs a different deposit method. Cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity) and cryptocurrencies appear at all five brands. Prepaid codes and crypto have one thing in common: neither needs a bank card at the cashier. Which coins the five brands accept is explained on the page for everyone who wants to deposit with crypto at a casino. Only Qbet Casino states a separate crypto minimum deposit (€25).

The advantage of e-wallets and crypto over Neosurf lies on the way back. For e-wallets, Playio Casino gives 0–96 hours after the pending phase according to the AskGamblers data sheet, Qbet Casino 0–1 hour, Rolling Slots Casino 0–24 hours; for crypto, Playio Casino states 0–1 hour, in each case after approval by the casino.

At Qbet Casino the first withdrawal per day is free, every further one within 24 hours costs a 3% administration fee, up to a maximum of €20. Anyone planning to withdraw in several steps after a prepaid deposit should spread the requests over different days there.

What to check before your first Neosurf deposit

• Method in the cashier: only Playzilla Casino, Playio Casino and AmunRa Casino name Neosurf in their deposit list. Whether the method is shown in your own account only becomes clear in the cashier.
• Minimum amount for the offer: €10 is enough for a deposit at Playio Casino, while €20 is needed for the match bonus; at Playzilla Casino the value depends on the bonus offer.
• Set up the way back: except at AmunRa Casino, Neosurf is not a withdrawal method; methods and time frames for AmunRa withdrawals are on the brand page. A bank transfer, an e-wallet or a crypto wallet in your own name should be set up before the first win.
• Identity: under § 16(6) GwG, the holder of the code and the holder of the player account must be the same person.
• Limits and weekends: all three Neosurf brands cap withdrawals at €500 per day and do not pay out at weekends.
• Remaining balance: at AmunRa Casino a monthly administration fee may apply after at least 180 days of inactivity.
