Casino with Jeton: deposits and Jeton Cash

Values per casino, each with its source.

How we collect the data ▸

Jeton is an e-wallet: you load a balance into an online account with Jeton and deposit from there at the casino, without giving the casino any card or bank details. If you are looking for an online casino with Jeton deposits, the picture for the 5 brands we compare – Playzilla, Rolling Slots, Playio, Qbet and AmunRa – is clear: according to casino.guru, Jeton appears in the deposit methods list of all five, at four of them under the name “Jetonbank” and at Rolling Slots as “Jeton”. The AskGamblers data sheet lists Jeton at four brands; for Playio the entry is missing there (sources as of 05.10.2026).

Jeton belongs to the e-wallets, a group that at all 5 brands also includes Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity. How these wallets differ on deposits, withdrawal times and fees, and what a casino with Neteller or Skrill offers at each brand, is shown side by side on the parent page about e-wallets at the casino.

What is Jeton, and what do Jetonbank and Jeton Cash mean?

An e-wallet separates the casino payment from your current account. The money first sits as a balance in the wallet, and only from there does the deposit go to the casino. Your bank statement shows the top-up of the wallet, not every single casino deposit. In the other direction, a withdrawal first lands in the wallet, and you transfer it from there to your bank account when needed. The casino only sees the wallet account, not your IBAN or card number.

In the payment lists of our sources the service appears under three names. casino.guru writes “Jetonbank” for Playzilla, Playio, Qbet and AmunRa, “Jeton” for Rolling Slots, and lists “Jeton Cash” at Qbet as a separate entry next to Jetonbank. The AskGamblers data sheets use “Jeton” throughout, for deposit and withdrawal methods alike. Whether “Jetonbank” and “Jeton” are technically the same payment route is not explained by the sources; the casino cashier shows which name is used there and whether it is enabled for an account from Germany.

How Jeton Cash is topped up, which amounts are possible and whether fees apply is not stated by any of the sources.

Jeton at the 5 casinos: what the sources say

For the deposit methods of the five casinos the table puts the casino.guru list and the AskGamblers data sheet side by side; only AskGamblers names withdrawal methods.

CasinoDeposit per casino.guru listDeposit per AskGamblers data sheetWithdrawal per AskGamblers data sheet
Playzilla Casino“Jetonbank”“Jeton”“Jeton”
Rolling Slots Casino“Jeton”“Jeton”“Jeton”
Playio Casino“Jetonbank”not listednot listed
Qbet Casino“Jetonbank” and “Jeton Cash”“Jeton”“Jeton”
AmunRa Casino“Jetonbank”“Jeton”“Jeton”

For Playio the sources therefore contradict each other: casino.guru lists Jetonbank as a deposit route, the AskGamblers data sheet lists it neither for deposits nor for withdrawals. Whether Jeton is offered there only becomes visible in the cashier of your own player account; for AmunRa, for example, AskGamblers points out that many methods are subject to territorial restrictions.

Depositing with Jeton: process and minimum amounts

A deposit with an e-wallet follows the same pattern at all 5 brands: choose the method in the cashier, enter the amount, confirm in the wallet's payment window. No source names a separate minimum deposit for Jeton; the values apply to the casino as a whole or to a bonus offer. At all 5 brands €10 is the lowest amount named, and bonus offers require €10 or €20 depending on the brand; the €25 for crypto deposits at Qbet does not concern Jeton.

Among the related searches for Jeton there is “Jeton Casino 5 Euro”, i.e. the wish for a very small first deposit. Whether and with which methods you can anywhere deposit 1 euro at a casino, and what 5 or 10 euros mean at each brand, is compared on the page about minimum deposits at online casinos.

The sources say little about how fast a deposit is credited. For Playio, casinoohnelizenz.com gives the processing time as “Instant”, and for AmunRa a player in the comments at AskGamblers DE reports that the funds were available “immediately” after an e-wallet deposit – a single report, not a statement by the casino. For Playzilla, Rolling Slots and Qbet no source gives a crediting time for e-wallets.

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the Jeton account

Keep the wallet in your own name and top it up with the intended amount before depositing.

  2. Step 2

    Open the cashier

Choose deposit at the casino and check whether Jeton or Jetonbank appears in the list of methods for your account.

  3. Step 3

    Enter the amount

Choose an amount that meets the brand's minimum deposit and, if relevant, the bonus condition.

  4. Step 4

    Confirm in the wallet

Confirm in Jeton's payment window with your own credentials and return to the cashier.

  5. Step 5

    Credit check

Check the balance in your player account and match the transaction against the wallet history.

Jeton Cash: where it is listed and which rules apply

Among the 5 brands Jeton Cash appears only once: casino.guru lists it at Qbet as a separate entry, in addition to Jetonbank. The AskGamblers data sheets list Jeton Cash at no brand, not even at Qbet, and no source names a minimum amount, a fee or a withdrawal via Jeton Cash.

Deposits in online gambling in Germany follow fixed routes. Under § 16(4) GwG, deposits are to come by direct debit, transfer or payment card from a payment account in the player's name; an exception is only provided if no more than €25 per transaction and €100 per calendar month are deposited (gesetze-im-internet.de, as of 06.10.2026). For e-money as held in a wallet, § 16(6) GwG requires that the holder of the monetary value is identical with the holder of the player account (gesetze-im-internet.de, as of 07.10.2026).

On top of that, § 6b(4) GlüStV 2021 states that deposits and withdrawals only run through a payment account in the player's name at a credit or payment institution, and that deposits or withdrawals via anonymous means of payment are not permitted in remote distribution (gesetze-bayern.de, as of 06.10.2026). Whether a particular Jeton variant is held as an account in your name is decided by Jeton and the casino, not by the name in a payment list.

For the withdrawal, the withdrawal list is what counts: there AskGamblers lists “Jeton” at Qbet, not “Jeton Cash”.

Withdrawing to the Jeton wallet: timing and limits

The related search “Jeton Cash auszahlen” (withdraw Jeton Cash) shows that many users only notice at the withdrawal that deposit and withdrawal routes are not the same list. According to AskGamblers, Jeton is also among the withdrawal methods at Playzilla, Rolling Slots, Qbet and AmunRa; how routes, timing and limits work together per method and brand is explained step by step on the page about casino withdrawal.

The time consists of processing at the casino (pending) and the transfer to the wallet. For e-wallets AskGamblers gives the following per brand:

  • Playzilla: e-wallets 0–5 days; pending 0–5 days according to AskGamblers EN, processing 1–5 days according to AskGamblers DE. No withdrawals at weekends; the finance department works Mon–Fri from 06:00 to 17:00.
  • Rolling Slots: for withdrawing at Rolling Slots to e-wallets AskGamblers gives 0–24 hours after a pending phase of 24–72 hours; LCB gives processing of 3–5 business days. No withdrawals at weekends.
  • Qbet: e-wallets 0–1 hours after a pending phase of 0–48 hours; withdrawals also at weekends.
  • AmunRa: e-wallets 3–7 days according to AskGamblers EN, 24–72 hours according to AskGamblers DE, each after processing of 0–72 hours; according to the AskGamblers text usually up to three business days, Mon–Fri. No withdrawals at weekends.
  • Playio: e-wallets 0–96 hours after a pending phase of 0–5 days; according to the AskGamblers text processing takes up to three business days, with no withdrawals at weekends.

On limits, Playzilla, Rolling Slots, Playio and AmunRa name €500 per day; per month it is €7,000, at Rolling Slots €10,000 and €500 per transaction. According to AskGamblers DE, the Playzilla withdrawal limit rises to up to €1,500 per day and €20,000 per month depending on VIP level. Qbet names €10,000 per day, €25,000 per week and €100,000 per month.

The minimum withdrawal can also be higher than the minimum deposit: Qbet names €20, for Rolling Slots AskGamblers names €10 and LCB €20; for Playzilla and AmunRa there is no information.

When the withdrawal to Jeton is stuck

A withdrawal shown as “pending” in the player account has not yet reached the wallet. The most common reasons can be read from the sources and from the legal obligations.

  • The brand's pending phase: the transfer to the wallet only begins after the brand's pending phase (see above); it is longest at Playio and Playzilla with up to 5 days.
  • Weekend: according to AskGamblers, none of the 5 brands except Qbet processes withdrawals at weekends. A withdrawal requested on Friday evening stays there until Monday.
  • Verification: under § 6a(4) GlüStV 2021, withdrawals are not permitted before the player's details have been confirmed (gesetze-bayern.de, as of 06.10.2026). For identity checks in online gambling there is also no de minimis threshold: under § 16(1) GwG the general threshold of § 10(5) GwG does not apply here (gesetze-im-internet.de, as of 07.10.2026).
  • Name on the wallet: under § 16(7) GwG, withdrawals may only be made by a payment transaction to a payment account opened in the player's name (gesetze-im-internet.de, as of 06.10.2026). If the Jeton account is in a different name from the player account, the withdrawal fails at this point.
  • Method not in the withdrawal list: for Playio withdrawals, AskGamblers does not list Jeton as a route. If you deposited there with Jetonbank, you need a different route from the list for the withdrawal.

At Playio, AskGamblers lists among others Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, MuchBetter, eZeeWallet and SticPay as well as withdrawal by bank transfer as withdrawal routes. Before withdrawing at Qbet is completed, the casino runs additional checks on amounts above €2,000, which can extend processing.

If you change your payment details, for example from Jeton to another wallet, under § 6a GlüStV 2021 withdrawals only go to the previously stored details until the new data are verified (gesetze-bayern.de, as of 06.10.2026). If a withdrawal is stuck for longer than the periods named above, ask support with the date, amount and transaction number; all 5 brands name a 24/7 live chat and an e-mail address.

Jeton and the other e-wallets at the 5 brands

Jeton is not the only wallet at any of the 5 brands. The lists show which alternatives are documented in both directions:

  • Skrill and Neteller: listed by casino.guru as deposit methods at all 5 brands, and by AskGamblers as withdrawal methods at all 5. Together with MiFinity they are the only wallets documented for deposits and withdrawals at every brand.
  • MiFinity: deposit at all 5 brands according to casino.guru, withdrawal at all 5 according to AskGamblers.
  • MuchBetter: deposit according to casino.guru at Playio, Qbet and AmunRa; withdrawal according to AskGamblers at Playzilla, Playio and AmunRa.
  • eZeeWallet: in no casino.guru list, but a withdrawal route at all 5 brands according to AskGamblers.

According to the sources, the choice of wallet within one brand makes no difference to withdrawal time: AskGamblers gives one value for all e-wallets of a brand, not for Jeton separately. The difference lies between brands – from 0–1 hours at Qbet to 3–7 days at AmunRa according to AskGamblers EN.

If you already use an account with Skrill, Neteller or MiFinity, you have the same route for deposits and withdrawals at all 5 brands. Jeton is worth a look mainly where the wallet is in both lists: at Playzilla, Rolling Slots, Qbet and AmunRa.

Fees on Jeton payments

On the casino side the information per brand is clear:

  • Playzilla and Rolling Slots: no deposit or withdrawal fees according to AskGamblers; for Rolling Slots the AskGamblers text adds that the casino may charge fees, which will then be shown.
  • Playio: no fees according to casinoohnelizenz.com and AskGamblers.
  • Qbet: deposits free of charge; the first withdrawal per day is free, each further one within 24 hours carries a 3% administrative fee, capped at €20.
  • AmunRa: no fees on the casino's side for AmunRa withdrawals; AskGamblers points out that payment providers may charge their own fees. According to AskGamblers DE, AmunRa may charge a monthly administration fee after 180 days of inactivity.

Fees charged by Jeton itself – for topping up the wallet, currency conversion or transferring from the wallet to a bank account – are not named by any of our sources. These costs are in Jeton's own terms and depend on how you top up the wallet.

At Qbet it therefore pays to combine winnings into one withdrawal per day. All 5 brands offer euros as an account currency, so with a wallet in euros no conversion between wallet and player account is needed.

Legal framework: LUGAS, payment blocking and licences

An e-wallet does not change the rules for payments in online gambling. The monthly cross-operator deposit limit under § 6c(1) GlüStV 2021 may in principle not exceed €1,000 per month; it is recorded as the cross-operator LUGAS limit, whose limit file according to the GGL FAQ is reset on the first day of each month (gesetze-bayern.de and gluecksspiel-behoerde.de, as of 06.10.2026). It applies to operators with a German permit and limits deposits, not withdrawals.

Under § 9(1) no. 4 GlüStV 2021, the regulator can, after notification, prohibit banks and payment service providers from taking part in payments for unauthorised gambling, i.e. for operators not on the GGL gambling whitelist, and in withdrawals from it (gesetze-bayern.de, as of 06.10.2026).

For the 5 brands the sources name no German permit but foreign licences, partly contradictory: Playzilla Anjouan Gaming Board (AskGamblers EN), PAGCOR (AskGamblers DE), no licence known (casino.guru); Rolling Slots Curaçao Gaming Authority; Playio Tobique Gaming Commission (AskGamblers), no licence (casino.guru), Curaçao (casinoohnelizenz.com); Qbet Tobique Gaming Commission; AmunRa Anjouan (casino.guru, AskGamblers EN), PAGCOR (AskGamblers DE).

For withdrawals, § 16(7) GwG requires the payment reference to be given so that an outsider can see why the payment was made (gesetze-im-internet.de, as of 07.10.2026).

Checklist before your first payment with Jeton

Before depositing with Jeton for the first time at one of the 5 brands, these questions help:

  • Does Jeton or Jetonbank appear in the cashier for an account from Germany?
  • Is Jeton also in this brand's withdrawal list?
  • Is the Jeton account in the same name as the player account, and is verification at the casino complete?
  • Does the planned amount match the minimum deposit and, if wanted, the bonus condition of €10 or €20?
  • How long does an e-wallet withdrawal take at this brand, and does the casino also process at weekends?
  • Are there fees for several withdrawals per day, as at Qbet with 3% from the second request within 24 hours?
